Aggregating Invoicing of goods exported outside India

 abhishek jha

There is an Indian company exporting goods outside India on regular basis. Company is involved in practice of raising invoice individually, for export goods for which they have to pay regular commission to banks. Now company wants to know can they raise invoices in aggregate for the goods exported in whole year and this is legal as per the provisions of FEMA i.e it is somewhere mentioned in FEMA or in any other statute.

Answer

Mr.R.V.Seckar
Hello,

According to me , you have to raise separate invoice for each exports and there is no provision in raising consolidated invoice on annual basis under FEMA.
