To carry on the business of purchasing, selling, processing, importing, exporting, designing, developing, producing, trading, manufacturing or otherwise dealing in related equipment, by-products, structure and technology, all aspects of planning, investigation, research, design and preparation of preliminary, feasibility and definite project reports; construction, generation, operation and maintenance of Wind Power Plants, Solar Power Plants and plants for Generation storage etc.
2. To carry on the business of electricity / power; to receive, purchase, establish, operate, maintain, develop, use, sell, supply , distribute and accumulate electricity at Wind Power station; Solar Power Stations or at any other place and be lines, substations and main transmission lines connected therewith and to transmit, distribute, supply such power through own or leased transmission lines or facilities of the State Electricity Boards as may be assigned to it by the competent Government or Private Sector Organizations.
