Main objects Project consultancy

1] To undertake the business of providing consultancy in securing government and other approvals for various purposes, to move government and other regulatory authorities for various licences, permissions, sanctions, grants, papers, concessions, etc., including but not limited to act as financial consultants, management consultants, experts, managers, representatives, provide advisory and consultancy services to all persons, entities, firms, HUFs, governments, bodies corporate, incorporate or not, whether private or public, in India and outside India, in various fields of import, export, general administration, commercial, legal, economic, labour, marketing, industrial, engineering, project implementation, public relations, human resources, technology, operation, scientific and technical collaborations, in matters pertaining to investment, finance, management, joint venture, amalgamation and mergers, information technology, prospecting of business and valuation of undertakings, business concerns, assets, concessions, properties or rights, and to employ experts or to associate with other professionals, experts or organisations for carrying out or implementing any of these purposes.

2] To carry on the business of financial and administrative consultative services, in all fields of finance, investment, leasing, computer software, real estate, taxation, law, import, export, foreign exchange, trade and industry, advertising, man power planning and to render all kinds of allied services including portfolio investment, preparation of feasibility studies, project reports, system studies, modernisation studies, management services and arrangements and negotiations of loans and undertaking other contracts for the benefit of any individual, firm, trust, society, corporation, bodies corporate, organisation or any other association whether incorporated or not.

3] To render facility management services in all its branches and varieties, business process outsourcing solutions and services and allied support or follow-up services, representation services, liaison services and other services connected with the establishment, running, diversification, expansion of industries, trade and business to clients in India or in any part of the world and to do all incidental acts and things necessary for the attainment of the above objects.

4] To enter into any arrangement and to negotiate, enter into, make and perform contracts of every kind and description, for and on behalf of clients or to organize for such arrangements or negotiations, with any government, central, state, quasi-governmental, judicial, quasi-judicial, local, foreign or public body or person or authority or with any privy individuals, firm, association, etc., as may seem conducive and to obtain from any such government, authority, person or company any concessions, grants, decrees, rights, charters, contracts, licenses, power and privileges whatsoever and to work, develop, carryout, exercise and turn to account the same for gain or otherwise.
