Main object Investment

INVESTMENTS

To carry on in India or elsewhere the business of the investment company in all its branches and to sell, purchase, exchange, subscribe, acquire, undertake, underwrite, hold, auction, convert or other wise to deal in all types of shares, securities, stocks, bonds, fully convertible debentures, partly convertible debentures, non convertible debentures, debentures stocks, warrants, certificate, premium notes, mortgages, obligations, inter corporate deposites, call money deposits, public deposits, commercial paper and other similar instruments whether issued by government, semi government, local authorities, public sector undertakings, companies, corporations, co-operative societies, and other similar originations at national and international levels and to do all incidental acts and things necessary for the attainment of the above objects.     


To carry on the business as Investment Company and to acquire and hold and otherwise deal in shares, stocks, debentures, debenture stock, bonds, obligations and securities issued or guaranteed by any company and debentures, debenture stock, bonds, obligations and securities issued or guaranteed by any government, sovereign ruler, commissioners, public body or authority supreme, municipal, local or otherwise, whether in India or elsewhere and to undertake and carry on and execute financial operations. "
