Main objects water treatment

WATERS- WORKS

1. To carry on the business of a water- works company in all its branches and to sink wells and shafts and to make build and construct, lay down and maintain dams, reservoirs, water-works, culverts, filter-beds, mains and other pipes and fittings and appliances, cement tiles and marbles, figured or plain, coloured or white to fix them or decorate and to execute and do all other acts and things necessary or convenient for obtaining, storing, selling, delivering, measuring, distributing and dealing in water.

2. To establish and maintain lines of steam and other ships and generally to transport goods and passengers and to purchase, charter, hire, build or otherwise acquire ships and vessels or let out, hire or charter or otherwise deal with and dispose of any such ships or vessels.

3. To carry on the business as constructional and structural engineers, mechanical engineers, electrical engineers, chemical engineers, atomic and nuclear engineers, electronic engineers and foundry engineers.

4. To carry on the business of a water works company in all its branches and to sink wells, and shafts, and to make build and construct, lay down and maintain canals, jetties, dams, reservoirs, water works, culverts, filter beds, mains and other pipes and appliances and to execute and do all other acts and things necessary or convenient for obtaining, storing, selling, delivering, measuring, distributing and dealing in water.

5. To carry on all business relating to or connected with water including the business of diving, salvage, under water work, fisheries, offshore, mineral exploitation and survey , to act as ware house men, wharfingers, stevedores, shipping agents, marine brokers, lighters men, forwarding agents, and stores of all foods which are to be or have been transported in the water.
