To carry on the trade or business of engineers, founder, smiths, machinists, manufacturers and patentees. To purchase or otherwise acquire any lands, houses, offices, workshops, buildings, and premises and any fixed and movable machinery, tools, engines, boilers, plant, implements, patterns, stock-in-trade, patents and patent rights, convenient to be used in or about the trade or business of engineers, founders, smiths or machinists. To enter into any contracts in relation to, and to erect construct, maintain, alter, repair, pull down and restore, either alone or jointly with any other companies or persons, work of all descriptions including wharves, docks, piers, railways, tramways waterways, road, bridges, warehouses, factories, mills, engines, machinery, railway carriages and wagons, ships and vessels of every description, gas works, electric works, water works, drainage and buildings of every description.
2. To carry on business of civil, mechanical, electrical and consulting engineers, agricultural engineers, aeronautical engineers, aviation engineers , construction engineers and engineers in all branches of work whatsoever known to engineering, erectors, mechanics, manufacturers of agricultural implements and any other kind of machinery which is used for the purpose of agriculture or for any other purpose whatsoever and / or any part thereof or accessories thereto; boiler makers; mill wrights: wire drawers, tube makers, iron and steel converters; smiths, wheelwrights, wood workers, metallurgists, galvanizers, japanners, enamellers, electroplaters, silver platers, nickel platers, varnishers, vulcanisers, water supply and hydraulic engineers, marine engineers, motor engineers, painters and packing case makers manufacturers of all other instruments used in or in connection with any of the above business and of motors, machinery and scientific appliances, apparatus and devices of every description whatsoever ; rolling stock, timber goods, iron, steel and othr metal implements, tools, utensils and conveniences of every kind.
3. To carry on the business as constructioners and structural engineers, mechanical, electrical and civil engineers, masons and masonery and building contractors and as government, military, railway, public works, general and civil contractors.
4. To carry on the business of civil engineers, mechanical engineers, structural engineers, automobile engineers, textile engineers, agricultural engineers, aeronautical engineers, aviation engineers, chemical engineers, refrigerating air conditioning, insulating and heating, engineering activities and / or services and engineers in all branches of work whatsoever known to engineering, steel amkers, fabricators, iron founders, welders, tool makers, brass, in copper, aluminium and other metal founders, sheet metal workers, boiler makers, mill wrights, machinists, iron and steel converters, smiths, wheel wrights, metallurgists, castings, pressings, forgings, stamping, water supply engineers, steel makers, wire drawers, tube pipe and tool manufacturers, moulders, fitters, saddlers, galvanisers, enamellers, electroplaters, painters, vulcanisers, packing case makers, containers drums, pressure vessel in all their respective branches, enamellers, smelters repair, convert, alter, let on loan or hire and deal in explosive, ammunition, water proofers, metals, plasters metals, plant and equipment machinery of all kinds, tools, appliances, instruments implements rolling stock mechanical scientific appliances, devices, apparatus and handwares.
5. To carry on the business of electrical engineers, electricians, contractors, manufacturers, in electric and other appliances, electric motors, fans, lamps, furnaces, household appliances, batteries cable wire lines, dry cells accumulators lamps and works and to generate distribute and supply heat, motive power and for all other purposes for which electrical energy can be employed and to manufacture and deal in all apparatus and things required for or capable of being used in connection with the generation, distribution, supply, accumulation and employment of electricity including in the term electricity all power that can be directly or indirectly derived there from or may be incidentally hereafter discovered in dealing with electricity.
6. To engage in the business of engineering, contracting and constructions including the design, manufacture, construction, erection, alteration, repair and installation of plants, buildings, structure, ways, works, systems and mechanical, electrical and electronic machinery, equipment, apparatus and devices.
