To carry on the trade or business of engineers, founder, smiths, machinists, manufacturers and patentees. To purchase or otherwise acquire any lands, houses, offices, workshops, buildings, and premises and any fixed and movable machinery, tools, engines, boilers, plant, implements, patterns, stock-in-trade, patents and patent rights, convenient to be used in or about the trade or business of engineers, founders, smiths or machinists.
