(MCA Update)Form AOC-4 NBFC (Ind-AS) and Form AOC-4 CFS NBFC (Ind-AS)
MCA will deploy two new eForms Form AOC-4 NBFC (Ind-AS) and Form AOC-4 CFS NBFC (Ind-AS) from January 31 2020 and February 17 2020 respectively. The last date for filing these forms are March 31 2020 for F.Y. 2018-19 without late fees.
