Main objects securities and consultants


1.     To deal and trade in shares, stocks, debentures, debenture stocks, bonds, units,  obligations  and securities of all descriptions issued or guaranteed by any Company constituted or firm or person or other authority or body whatsoever nature whether carrying on business  in India or elsewhere.

2.     To do the business as Registrars and share transfer agents, brokers, guarantors,  financial advisors or in any such capacity to any business house either Companies or any other form of organisation carrying on business or profession of any nature.

3.     To carry on in India or elsewhere and undertake the business, profession or vocation as advisors and/or consultants for financial,  securities,  marketing, management, commercial, organisation,  costing,  secretarial  matters,  related to any nature of business or profession.
