Honourable Union Finance Minister has announced in the last budget that GST will be implemented w.e.f April 2010. The Empowered committee of state Finance ministers have already released a first discussion paper in this regard. The task force on 13th Finance commission also released its recommendations. Now the government expecting views from various stake holders before coming into conclusion. Some of the points which are point of concern before implementation of GST
