Mr. A. Rengarajan is a fellow member of ICSI and has over 25 years of multi-layered, multi-sectoral, top-of-the-pyramid experience behind him. He has an expertise in Corporate Project Management, Legal, Secretarial & Corporate Governance affairs including implementation & evaluation of Corporate Governance Guidelines. He is also actively involved in the preparation of terms of reference of audit committee, drafting of code of business conduct and ethics for Board Members and Senior Management in terms of guidelines on Corporate Governance
